Shabbat July 25, 2026
/Shabbat Shalom!
I keep telling myself, “Stew, you need to limit how much ‘news’ you consume.” And, I have, because it is depressing and it causes unnecessary anxiety! Everything that is happening, whether it be war in the Middle East, rising antisemitism, or the growing popularity of socialism and marxism, it has to be viewed through the lens of Scripture, or we will lose sight of God’s plans and purposes for this world! As a Congregational leader, I urge you to follow the advise of the Apostle Paul to the Philippians, “ … whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable — if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise — DWELL IN THESE THINGS” (emphasis added). Devour the Word, and spend time becoming more intimate with Yeshua!
Come on out to Or Chaim this Shabbat July 25thand worship the King with us! We are located at 16800 W. 9th Ave Golden, 80401 and we begin at 11am. I believe the Lord has given me a very timely message and some insight on what the Scriptures are saying about current events. We will explore what Paul says regarding Israel and the Jews with a message I have entitled THE NEW COVENANT, ISRAEL, AND THE CHURCH. I have a love for the Church, the Bride of Messiah, and it is important in this current environment to remind ourselves of the eternal promises of God, because everything in this “world” is trying to prove that God will not prevail! I have good news to share! WE WILL HAVE A POTLUCK ONEG FOLLOWING THE SERVICE, SO BRING A DISH TO SHARE AND STAY FOR FELLOWSHIP!
You can give your First Fruits and other donations by going to www.or-chaim.com or mailing a check to Or Chaim, 1658 Deer Creek Rd, Monument CO 80132
