Shabbat Shalom!

Well, March is upon us and we can start to look ahead to Spring! I know for many, this winter has had its challenges with health issues, financial and family and even housing issues, but God has and will show His faithfulness and commitment to you and your families! Recently, Millie and I have been confronted with some health challenges and we are pressing in to His word, praying in the Spirit and putting our trust in the ONE who has conquered death and the grave. It is not easy sometimes, but it is what we are called to do as the word in Ephesians 6:12 says, “Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you may be able to resist when the times are evil, AND AFTER YOU HAVE DONE EVERYTHING, TO STAND FIRM.” It is not easy to stand firm sometimes, but we can when we are trusting in the One who will never let us down.

We will be meeting at The Dwelling Place this Shabbat, March 2nd at 11am. Our address is 16800 W.9th Ave Golden, 80401. I will be sharing an important message for these days, The Glory and the Cross: Messiah in You! It is a NOW word for us about how to appropriate the authority we have as covenant people and how to live in hope! We will also take communion together, so let’s prepare our hearts for a wonderful Shabbat together. WE WILL HAVE A POTLUCK ONEG FOLLOWING THE SERVICE, SO BRING A DISH TO SHARE AND STAY FOR FELLOWSHIP! There are many exciting things taking place over the next few weeks so please put them into your calendars:

- CONVERGE CONFERENCE; MARCH 7-9 AT THE ROCK CHURCH (CASTLE ROCK); we will still be having our regular Shabbat service at the Dwelling Place! I will be leading a panel on that Friday on how the Church needs to stand with Israel!

- SPECIAL SCREENING OF “WHY STAND WITH ISRAEL” AND IMMERSION SERVICE! MARCH 16th; For this service, we will be meeting at Gateway on Mt. Zion Church; 166 S.Lookout Mountain Rd. Golden, 80401

- MEN’S ADVANCE ‘FOR SUCH A TIME”; MARCH 22-23 AT THE HIDEAWAY INN; Special speaker Greg Savitt, a Messianic Jewish leader and director of Jewish evangelism with Rock of Israel Ministries; cost is $175 (see Lee Cooperman)

- ISRAEL BENEFIT CONCERT WITH AARON SHUST; FRIDAY MARCH 29TH AT THE ROCK! Doors open at 6pm and the cost is $20! Also, a love offering will be taken for ministries in Israel!
